How to Deploy a Secure AI Chat Agent in Minutes

1. Define Agent Identity & Role

In the Configuration tab, establish your agent’s hardened boundary.

  • Agent Branding: Set a custom name and upload a high-quality avatar to match your enterprise aesthetic.

  • The System Prompt: Define the Role and Mission in the .md editor.

Security Note: Because our architecture is zero-access, your agent only knows what you provide in this .md file. It cannot "hallucinate" access to your internal databases or proprietary systems.

2. Test in the Real-Time Sandbox

Before deploying, use the live chat window to validate your agent''s logic.

  • Ensure the agent maintains its persona (e.g., an "Elite F1 Experience Curator").

  • Verify that it effectively triages user needs and collects necessary information—such as contact details or specific service preferences—without requiring direct system access.

3. Deployment & Integration

Once validated, navigate to the Share & Deploy section:

  • Direct Link: Generate a unique URL for immediate stakeholder testing.

  • Embed Code: Use the iframe snippet to place the agent onto your high-traffic landing pages to reduce form-friction.

4. Monitoring High-Throughput Activity

Track performance via the Activity and Conversations modules:

  • Analytics: Monitor "Actions" over time to understand your volume and scale.

  • Automated Reporting: Set up Daily, Weekly, or Monthly email reports to receive CSV summaries of new conversations directly to your inbox.
